Ive been with Trinity dental surgery for the past year. The friendly, likeable and professional service I received led me to write a review. I was seen by Dr Jeremy and even though my case was a complicated one, he was always friendly, highly professional and took his time to bring me along every step of the treatment. From the receptionists to the nurses, staff were polite and helpful even when busy, easily recommendable.
I had quite a sudden problem with my teeth that was worrying me so much and keeping me up at night. I normally go to a different dentist, but they couldn't fit me in for weeks. I called up Trinity in a desperate hope to get a sooner appointment. They got me an appointment in three days time. When I went there, I hope I didn't appear rude but I was so nervous about the appointment. However, my nerves were eased by every single staff member being wonderful! The receptionists were lovely, the Dentist and assistant were both kind and professional and put me at ease, and the Hygienist and assistant were also so kind, professional and very informative! Without a second though, I will be coming back here. Thank you very much!

Questionable care for NHS patients but overall a positive experience, with friendly staff (and I've not had any negative experiences with receptionists yet). What I am concerned about are the black marks at the gum-line between my crowded teeth, which I was told was staining - I am not convinced. I will be sure to hold them responsible if these areas prove to be the start of decay (Dentistry Council). Do note this was told to me by a very young dentist who did x-rays as well, so I'm not being rude or faulting the care here but I was not left reassured. The care by all the dentists I have come across though, whether it be for fillings, x-rays, etc has been excellent - though I have been there probably half a dozen times. Now where the real issue lies. If you are broke (sorry, but we're not all peasants and freeloaders but have issues in a tough society) and rely on the NHS to cover the cost, you are at the mercy of this dental practice holding your appointment or in my experience, repeatedly postponing and rescheduling your appointments with no reason given - though in all likelihood it is to give your upcoming appointment to a profitable private-paying patient. This ultimately and obviously results in no dental checks or treatment being given for quite some time.
Excellent service, highly professional.
