Avey Lane Cattery

Game Farm, Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey EN9 3QH, UK – 01992 718295

Put my cat in to this cattery for the first time. She has come home so content and happy, would highly recommend. The unit she had was spottless and all the other cats looked very content. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. I have re-booked for the summer and would highly recommend this place.

Having never left my cats before I was so impressed with Avey Lane Cattery. Austin & Dorothy were so professional, kind, helpful, answering my many questions & showed me around before I booked. I highly recommend to anyone looking for boarding for their cats.

Lovely vets. Laura gave me great after care advise and was brilliant with my dog putting us both at ease. Highly recommend

I visited with my partner and her new puppy. Laura the Head Nurse gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced at any vets. She took time with us and told us everything we needed to know which has given us great confidence. Highly recommend

Medivet Enfield 24 Hour Continuous Care and Emergency Centre

673 Hertford Rd, Enfield EN3 6NH, UK – 01992 762699

I've have been taking my cats to medivet for the last 20yrs. They have dealt with every scenario I've presented them with with the utmost professionalism, care and sincerity. I even received a sympathy card when an auto immune disorder took one over the rainbow bridge. The partners are such genuine helpful ladies and the receptionist always happy to help. They truly love animals. Yes they are expensive but all vets are. I insure my cats to ensure I can protect them when they're ill. Consider how costly private healthcare is for humans if you want clarity. Vets are pet doctors! Many of my family, friends and colleagues also use Medivet Enfield through my recommendation and are so pleased they've a reliable friendly place to take their pets.

Happy Pet Veterinary Surgery

9 Great Cambridge Rd, Enfield EN1 4JU, UK – 020 8367 4447

Yesterday Robert (vet) and Victoria (nurse) came to our home to euthanize Whiskey, our dearly loved 22 year old cat. They were kind, compassionate and gentle. There was no rush and they made a very distressing situation more bearable. Sadie, the receptionist I dealt with was also very kind and compassionate. This is the second home euthanisation Happy Pets have done for us the first one being 22 months ago when Ollie, Whiskey's brother developed acute renal failure. The vet and nurse were both kind and compassionate on that occasion too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Happy Pets to any animal owner. They are highly professional in every respect. Thank you Happy Pets.

The practice provides excellent service on the occasions that I needed them, and in particular thanks to the Saturday receptionist Simone who is highly knowledgeable and always goes out of her way to accommodate us when we needed a Saturday emergency appointment.
