Best way to get a same day appointment is to call at 8am to 8:15am. Appointments go quickly. Online service offers appointment from 8am onwards too but for a week later. I never waited too long to get an answer on the phone and always managed to get same day appointments when I called 8am to 8:15am. Reception staff are helpful and all of the doctors are very polite and friendly. My wife and son are also happy with the care we are receiving at this surgery.

Good GP informative, friendly, helpful staff on reception. Usually have to wait between 5-10mins on hold before they answer the phone. But this is expected and normal for a GP practice. I rarely have to attend the GP but when I do it’s a pleasant experience. Visited with my son, the DR was very helpful, caring, compassionate and kind. She took her time. Waiting time is normal, you have to be able to understand how busy they are. The slots are usually 10 minutes long, but you have to factor in people being late, people taking longer than their allocated slot, discussing more than one issue, emergencies (ambulances being called) possibility of interpreters being used. It’s common sense really. I would recommend this GP to friends and family.
